Beginner’s Workhop
Busy Schedule? In an hour and a half we will teach our 3 base techniques with Chalk Paint™ and Chalk Paint™ waxes.
You will learn multiple techniques and finishes
- Two color technique – layering two colours, one over the other with a distressed look.
- Limed Wash – Using 2 colours creating a wash effect as well as all the knowledge to achieve the same look using one colour over varnished wood surfaces and floors.
- Rustic – a fun technique with a lot of texture, great for hiding damages on pieces or creating texture over boring melamine and flat surfaces. Along with a Crackled look that will amaze you – This is not your typical crackle. No other medium is used to achieve the crackle finish. It will give the look of an aged old piece of furniture that has been left in a barn for years.
- Distressing – learn how and where to distress your pieces to give a professional look to all your projects.
Chalk Paint™ Waxes – Using the various waxes; you will learn how to give your surfaces an old vintage look, or a smoother more modern look.
This workshop will give you the inspiration and “know how” you needed to get your feet wet and start restyling and updating your furniture or any project you may have.
